Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our rental spaces and catering options

How far in advance should I book an event?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance for smaller events and 4-6 weeks for larger events. During peak seasons (holidays, graduation season), earlier bookings are advised to secure your preferred date.
Is there a deposit required to secure my booking?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event. The deposit is refundable up to 7 days before your event date.
Can I bring my own decorations?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own decorations. We ask that you avoid anything that could damage our walls or furniture (no nails, staples, or adhesives that may remove paint). Please discuss your decoration plans with our event coordinator.
Can I bring my own food or cake?
While we provide full catering services, you are welcome to bring your own cake for special occasions. Due to health regulations and our liquor license, all other food and beverages must be provided by 4T Sports Bar.
Do you offer any discounts for weekday events?
Yes, we offer a 15% discount on room rental for events held Monday through Thursday. Ask our event coordinator about current promotions and special offers when you book.
